In the Design Phase, great ideas come to life as our skillful, experienced in-house design team go to work taking all project ideas and information and creating a customized space plan to fit your workplace needs.

Process Management

This is where OEII really goes to work.  Our Project Coordinator, in collaboration with your OEII Sales Consultant, Project Manager, and Designer, act on a plan to accurately execute everything developed through the Consulting and Design Phases.  Coordination with furniture manufacturers, fabric mills, transportation logistics, and installation teams is all managed behind the scenes to ensure your project is delivered accurately and on time.

Project management & Installation

The moment of truth. OEI’s Project Management team relies on 30+ years combined experience to deliver your workspace and exceed your expectations. Our Project Managers are trained to work in collaboration with other essential trades on the project to minimize risk and coordinate technical information as needed. Actively onsite, our PM’s oversee every step with our installation team and provide necessary progress status reports.
