Federal Supply Schedule 71-1 Packaged Office                             

OEII is a small business, full service, furniture dealership. We are successful at what we do because we know effort and performance make the difference. What also sets OEII apart from typical furniture dealerships, is our “Packaged Office” Contract GS-28F-0023N. Clients are able to issue one (1) consolidated purchase order by using OEII’s extensive list of over 58 manufacturers, thus saving considerable time, effort and cost. 
                                                                  

Our government clients require a company that can do more than just sell them office furniture. We can offer more – and we do. OEII offers personalized services including Interior space planning, Staging, Warehousing, and Installation, for agencies worldwide – whether in Saipan, Italy, Peru, or Pines, Texas.  From inception to completion, OEII will guide you every step of the way, providing insight and expertise while keeping your project within budget and on schedule.

Importantly, our clients who are eligible to access the Federal Supply Schedules are also able to utilize our “Packaged Office” contract. Clients are able to issue one (1) consolidated purchase order by using OEII’s Federal Supply Contract GS-28F-0023N for orders normally issued through many companies on our extensive list of manufacturers, thus saving clients considerable time, effort and cost.
