Operating under a nearly $2 million furniture budget, OEII delivered and installed four floors of systems workstations, private offices, seating and filing per the three-week November-December 2000 project timeline for this Chantilly, VA company, 100% complete and on time. OEII met the installation timeframe challenge by utilizing two installation firms, working double shifts. OEII coordinated all deliveries to be on an after-hours basis, thereby allowing the building's contractors to maintain their schedules.

With a $1 million furniture budget, OEII delivered and installed three floors of wall-mounted systems workstations and private offices over six consecutive weekends, 100% complete and on time during the project's April-May 2001 timeframe.

Beginning in March 2002 for an ongoing project, OEII completed the first five of six planned phases of systems workstations, private offices, and seating - all accomplished with a 100% on time record, by delivering and installing the product at night and on weekends to minimize staff downtime.

Pentagon Federal Credit Union

Since 1992, OEII has held a national contract with PFCU to provide all facilities support for all worldwide branches and call centers. OEII currently provides several services to PFCU, including: space planning, CAD services, standards programs for both workstations and casegoods, furniture procurement, project management, and worldwide delivery and installation coordination.

Order placement:  Orders are placed electronically from PFCU's Headquarters in Alexandria, VA to OEII's dedicated project manager. OEII then places all orders electronically with the manufacturer(s) and confirms order(s) status and ship date(s) with PFCU's Headquarters.

Installation:  OEII's project manager for PFCU coordinates with a worldwide network of installation firms. Pending the scope of the project, OEII's project manager is on-site for the duration of the required work.
